Day 2: Monday June 18th - Glasgow, Glengoyne and Balquhidder

We have better internet now, so we can update the photos from the Scotland part of our journey!

Today we picked up our rental car (driving on the left side of the road!) and drove north from Glasgow into Trossachs and Loch Lomond National Park.

Along the way we visited Dumbarton Castle, and climbed many stairs for a view back towards Glasgow and north towards the Highlands. 

We then visited Glengoyne Distillery and went for a whisky tasting tour.

 

We stayed at a very isolated airbnb on Loch Voil, near Balquhidder, on a farm.
