Day 5: Thursday June 21st - Balquhidder to Edinburgh

Today we drove from Balquhidder to Edinburgh. We checked in to our airbnb and met up with Celia and John's friends from Queen's, who are also travelling in Europe for the next couple of weeks.

Day 4: Wednesday June 20th - Glencoe and Fort William

Today we drove north again, to Glencoe and Fort William... we wanted to see more mountains! This mountain range is called the Munroes. There are 13 named Munroes, which are mountains greater than 3000 feet in height. One of the most well-known is Ben Nevis, which is near Fort William.

"Is this a natural pose?"

Very narrow roads with no shoulder and erosion of the side of the road!

"How long do you think it would take to climb to the top?"

Day 3: Tuesday June 19th - Balquhidder and Killin

The view from our airbnb on Loch Voil near Balquhidder... sheep right outside of our window!

Today we explored Balquhidder and Killin. In Balquhidder we visited the grave of Rob Roy and hiked to Creag an Turic.
